Patients must live or work in Sevier County.
Patients must not have health insurance.
New patients need to bring:
- Proof of income
- Picture I.D.
- Social Security card
- Most recent tax return or other proof of total household income.
No one is turned away. Regardless of your financial situation, you will be treated for your medical needs.
